09-11-2023 Colossians Two V-0103 Hidden from whom
The Letter to the Colossians Chapter Two v- One thru Three
1 For I want you to know how great a struggle I am having for you and for those in Laodicea and all who have not seen me face to face, 2 that their hearts may be encouraged as they are brought together in love, to have all the richness of fully assured understanding, for the knowledge of the mystery of God, Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
Do you realize the hidden treasures associated with Salvation; Jesus dying on a Cross for your sins? What gets me is that some have ignored this Mystery by placing their own outcome in interpretation of the Scriptures and their true meaning of grace. I think Two Peter explains how we are to act and receive the Lord to find these hidden treasures of Truth bestowed by His Redemption of Sins. Here, we must share this fact of Jesus as being the only way to Heaven seeking Him as the goodwill of mercy bestowed on the human race. If only we’d believe and not lose our sense of right over wrong. Let us listen;
2 Peter 1 versus 3-11
3 “His divine power has bestowed on us everything that makes for life and devotion, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and power. 4 Through these, he has bestowed on us the precious and very great promises, so that through them you may come to share in the divine nature, after escaping from the corruption that is in the world because of evil desire. 5 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, virtue with knowledge, 6 knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with devotion, 7 devotion with mutual affection, mutual affection with love. 8 If these are yours and increase in abundance, they will keep you from being idle or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 Anyone who lacks them is blind and shortsighted, forgetful of the cleansing of his past sins. 10 Therefore, brothers, be all the more eager to make your call and election firm, for, in doing so, you will never stumble. 11 For, in this way, entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ will be richly provided for you.” Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. NJ Emmaus in Oct. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Struggle great communicating unless face-to-face
Encouraging hearts from a far makes you feel late
Like it’s hard to compete in a necessary race
Full richness of love together brought to you by grace
Understanding assured God’s Mystery instore
In Christ where wisdom treasures can’t be ignored
Knowledge of the Kingdom fully restored
Hidden from whom those who doubt He who is implored
