08-23-2023 Isaiah Chapter One V-1618 Make all right things of your past remind
Book of Isaiah Ch One v- 16 thru 18
16 Wash yourselves clean! Put away your misdeeds from before my eyes; cease doing evil; 17 learn to do good. Make justice your aim: redress the wronged, hear the orphan’s plea, defend the widow. 18 Come now, let us set things right, says the LORD: Though your sins be like scarlet, they may become white as snow; Though they be red like crimson, they may become white as wool.
How do you wash yourself clean from years of being a sinner? Isaiah reminds us today that any and all sins can be forgiven but you must wash yourself clean. You must cease doing evil. This is where you begin; the washing. How do you wash yourself clean? By taking a shower? No. By bathing in the sea? No. By seeking falls of water? No. You must read the Word of God pristine! You must take upon yourself the outlook of Truth. Did you smoke? Truth is it’ll kill you? Did you drink too much? Fact is most of our fathers died from this type of poisoning. Are you doing drugs recreationally? If there is such a thing? The Evil One says yes to this type of recreation that’ll kill your soul worse than a 1000 bee stings. Are you immersed in porn? Do you think of sex all day long and want more as some sort of exercise that makes you strong? Living life in excess is the dirt you must wash clean. You must seek other circles that practice reading the Word of God each day maybe in a Mass where you’ll learn how to pray and be surrounded with the joy of Salvation each day. You must learn to proclaim feeling excited when you share the Way why the only Way to Heaven that you practice, pray and proclaim. Clean by your confession of faith where works are shared to proclaim Life Eternal has cleaned you this day washing all sins when confessing our Savior’s Name; The Name of Jesus! Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. NJ Emmaus in Oct. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Scarlet are your sins we find
Snowy white will cover your fate
Crimson red they are in kind
Wool white will be their mate
