08-19-2023 Matthew Ch 28 v-1115 Soldiers given money to be phony
Gospel of Matthew Ch 28 v- 11 thru 15
11 While they were going, some of the guard went into the city and told the chief priests all that had happened. 12 They assembled with the elders and took counsel; then they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, 13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came by night and stole him while we were asleep.’ 14 And if this gets to the ears of the governor, we will satisfy [him] and keep you out of trouble.” 15 The soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has circulated among the Jews to the present [day].
Where are you on this tale? Do you believe the soldiers and the Jews story? I remember once being told, “Son, you’re telling a story.” It was a lie but they kept telling it over and over and over again. This is how they try and make it into a long-lost tale of a man eye witnessed to heal the blind raise the dead turned water into fine wine made to be a fable that certainly took the world by storm. Too many circumstances to be a myth too many people witnessed His ability to resist anything evil. Too many scribes, elders and chief priests were afraid to give up their way of living not willing to incorporate Jesus into the life Moses had instructed to lead. The Ark of the Covenant had long been removed by their past leader’s follies. The Babylonian Empire conquered the Israelites, and the Ark, at the time supposedly stored in the Temple in Jerusalem, vanished from history but others say Queen Sheba visited King Solomon in Jerusalem three thousand years ago, and the son she bore him, Menelik, at age 20 visited Jerusalem, from where he brought the ark of the covenant back to Aksum. Whether it’s been in Ethiopia ever since isn’t the real story, it’s how the Jews lost the Ark of the Covenant that gave them what they still were unable to let go of; Jewish Authority. Jesus overruled their way of life and that my friends is where the lie lasts today by the Jews who can’t stop their lying ways. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. NJ Emmaus in Oct. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Say are you disciples stole body as you trembled in your sleep
Governor hears trouble none to speak
Money taken by soldiers as instructed
Until today Jews circulate story as complete
Body stolen story literally constructed
