Gospel of Matthew Ch 27 v- 27 thru 31
27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus inside the praetorium and gathered the whole cohort around him. 28 They stripped off his clothes and threw a scarlet military cloak about him. 29 Weaving a crown out of thorns, they placed it on his head, and a reed in his right hand. And kneeling before him, they mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” 30 They spat upon him and took the reed and kept striking him on the head. 31 And when they had mocked him, they stripped him of the cloak, dressed him in his own clothes, and led him off to crucify him.
Our God is held in contempt each and every day. We act as if He was a fable told over time untrue but excitingly depicted. Our Savior is only a Savior to those who really honor Him in every aspect of their life. They practice His Word daily looking upon His teachings as the only way to live life forever reaching for a joy called Life Eternal. They never mock the Lord but call on Him constantly in prayer. Jesus Himself told us to pray unceasingly speaking to our Lord as One in Body, Mind and Spirit. Placing God First allows this type of surrender to accomplish the goodwill of the One ridiculed by the soldiers of His Redemptive Crucifixion that erased the sins of the world. Today just as much as then Jesus is mocked and ridiculed by the unbelieving excess the world of temptation offers to kill the soul bleeding dry a heart of detestation. Finally, the Lord asks us to proclaim Him as the Only Way to Heaven and describe this journey as the grace He allows to overcome any and all sin. You are Redeemed when you practice, pray and proclaim what it means to be Spirit led God inspired Christ fed. Amen.
Let us remember the words of 1 Thessalonians 5 versus 15 thru 22.
See that no one returns evil for evil; rather, always seek what is good [both] for each other and for all. Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the Will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophetic utterances. Test everything; retain what is good. Refrain from every kind of evil. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Him cohort all gathered around unrulily
Clothes stripped reed given military scarlet worn
Thorn cutting crown weaved head placed securely
Jesus mocked openly before Him kneeling
Jews King hail saying while face spitting
Head striking with reed while Him mocking
Cloak stripped clothes own dressed to crucify Him to their liking
