05-15-2023 Matthew Ch 21 v-1822 Do will you by faith you ensue
Gospel of Matthew Ch 21 v- 18 thru 22
18 When he was going back to the city in the morning, he was hungry. 19 Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went over to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. And he said to it, “May no fruit ever come from you again.” And immediately the fig tree withered. 20 When the disciples saw this, they were amazed and said, “How was it that the fig tree withered immediately?” 21 Jesus said to them in reply, “Amen, I say to you, if you have faith and do not waver, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.”
If only you’d believe! God promises us to receive whatever we pray for as need. Do you notice the word need it is what we believe we must receive? Not what we want in excess will God agree. God always gives us enough to provide for to be all we desire to be. Some say God will never give us too much to agree we will never concede. “Jesus said to them in reply, “Amen, I say to you, if you have faith and do not waver, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.” To believe in miracles reminds us constantly to be One with Him. Our God rests within our souls directing desires of the heart by the beauty of His Word. This practice allows us to pray unceasingly over everything we do knowing by placing God First we will garner the joys of Salvation and know the miracles of one’s heart. Here, we proclaim with confidence these miracles of God remember they are instituted by the love, faith and hope of His grace and mercy where everyone is forgiven their sins if they would just call on Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Remember, the Seven deadly sins aren’t included in the joy of miracles for they go against the Will of God for goodwill. You can’t be prideful (1) full of greed (2) seeking wrath (3) because of your envy (4) and lust (5) of wanting too much too soon experiencing gluttony (6) ultimately making you a lazy sloth (7). There is no peace here but confusion aching to steal your soul for the depths of hell to resound torment considered by many to be the opposite of grace. Instill in others the seven Heavenly Virtues that create chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, and humility. The beauty of knowing miracles firsthand and living Redeemed comes from the beauty of sharing His generosity, His kindness and His benevolence of living forever. Prudence is being surrendered to Life Eternal. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. We pray for the intersession of our Holy Mother for the sister of Jackie her name is Loreen. Daily prayers for our neighbor Thelma. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Do will you by faith you ensue**
Morning city trip Jesus walked
Hungry was He
Tree of fig by road He stalked
Nothing found but leaves
Saying aloud never again fruit will you see
He withered the tree immediately
Amazed how disciples immediately witnessed a withered tree
Replying Jesus waver not your faith speedily
Do will you by faith you ensue
A double amen of Truth
Mountain this move just saying move
Sea thrown up lifted as proof
Done will it be
Ask whatever you need
Prayer faith will succeed
Receive will you to concede
Jesus is Lord over land and sea
