04-23-2023 Matthew Ch 18 v-3135 Debt whole pay back now due
Gospel of Matthew Ch 18 v- 31 thru 35
31 Now when his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were deeply disturbed, and went to their master and reported the whole affair. 32 His master summoned him and said to him, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave you your entire debt because you begged me to. 33 Should you not have had pity on your fellow servant, as I had pity on you?’ 34 Then in anger his master handed him over to the torturers until he should pay back the whole debt. 35 So will my heavenly Father do to you, unless each of you forgives his brother from his heart.”
We reflect today on Matthew through Luke. What God truly says about the way you are to act towards anyone anyplace at any time. It is a tough act to follow. Only saints hear these words in earnest everyone else only thinks they can but in the end refuses to follow through with this type of absolute surrender. We want what we want when we want it. We could really care less about anyone else until one day the Lord will judge you for who you didn’t forgive holding anger in your heart for too long to live forgiven too. Two of my children didn’t even give me chance to prove God has corrected what they now disapprove. My separation hurts obviously they are a part of my soul but what really hurts is that they are now jeopardizing their own salvation not forgiving and allowing healing to occur. They are exacting a punishment that grandchildren will be affected by for when we teach not our own to forgive they will carry around hurt that will jeopardize their own peace that ultimately will find displacement in the truth of truth. Amen.
30 “Give to everyone who asks of you, and from the one who takes what is yours do not demand it back. 31 Do to others as you would have them do to you. 32 For if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. 33 And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do the same. 34 If you lend money to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit [is] that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, and get back the same amount. 35 But rather, love your enemies and do good to them, and lend expecting nothing back; then your reward will be great and you will be children of the Most High, for he himself is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked. 36 Be merciful, just as [also] your Father is merciful.” Luke 6 30-36
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for Boston aka Keith. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. We pray for our Holy Mother for the sister of Jackie. Daily prayers for our neighbor Thelma. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Debt whole pay back now due**
Other servants witness events
Disturbed deeply were they
Affair whole reported hence
Him summoned master replay
Servant so wicked are you
His master said in reply anew
Debt entire yours forgiven true
Me begged by you too
Servant fellow have pity too
Like my pity of you
Torturers master handed him true
Debt whole pay back now due
Father heavenly Mine will do
You must forgive as absolutely true
Heart his forgives due you
Father can’t forgive if you can’t forgive too
