04-20-2023 Matthew Ch 18 v-2122 Him forgive for something sweeter

Gospel of Matthew Ch 18 v- 21 thru 22

21 Then Peter approaching asked him, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” 22 Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.

It is hard to forgive. There are so many different circumstances that makes one weary of saying “I forgive you.” Parents have forgiveness too when a child denies you the right to pursue a relationship with a grandbaby due. Non-believers have the hardest time. They can’t excuse someone for the reasons they find to push another out of their life as blind. History shows that when we forgive we open our soul for a peaceful end never worrying about looking over our shoulders to see if someone is going to try and get even in the end. Jesus reminds us over-and—over-and-over again to forgive anyone for anything that makes you seek hate as revenge. Not once but endlessly forgive for if you fail to allow peace to see its end then you too will be denied Heaven to win. Forgiveness is the key to Life Eternal; without it you can’t open the door to meet Him the leader of being paternal your Father in Heaven will deny you His grin that means living forever forgiven for every sin because unless you choose to accept another’s apology and believe you’ll begin Eternity in Heaven as the redemption you understand and love to the end. Amen.
