04-19-2023 Matthew Ch 18 v-1520 Listen not to your plate of hors d’oeuvres
Gospel of Matthew Ch 18 v- 15 thru 20
15 “If your brother sins [against you], go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have won over your brother. 16 If he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, so that ‘every fact may be established on the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell the church. If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector. 18 Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again, [amen,] I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Judge not and thou will not be judged. Seems confusing for at the same time we are told that we should admonish those who act indignant towards humanity in any lying way or will we just sit back and allow others to sin against man and Spirit alike without any type of consequence unless it goes against the laws created by man that seemingly tells people they can be anything they want to be no matter the science that obviously disagrees. Why has this become such an issue? Why has humanity said that’s it’s ok to seek a transition from one sex to the next cutting off or adding to a body created in the image of God? I see confusion not a need to show compassion. I see turmoil that will follow them the rest of their life. Why are we experiencing this? Some may say the Devil is having his way with humanity seeking to destroy others souls by allowing them such excess in the eyes of complete shame where they ponder excessive sexual encounters as a different way to blame society that God doesn’t exist in the bowels of Satan’s game.
We must remember His Words of grace; “If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector. 18 Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again, [amen,] I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” To treat them as a tax collector or Gentile doesn’t mean we ignore them; NO! This means we call on the grace of prayer and repeatedly invite them back to the Church of love, faith and hope of His mercy. We must keep reminding them that God will forgive them and seek absolute resolution in prayer not hatred grace not judgment. To “let such a one be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector” doesn’t mean wash our hands of them. It means we need to continue to reach out to those with whom we have a conflict sharing the joy of Redemption so as to continue inviting them into the fellowship of the kingdom of God. Only here will Salvation of souls be Truth. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for Boston aka Keith. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. We pray for our Holy Mother for the sister of Jackie. Daily prayers for our neighbor Thelma. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. Praying for Cheryl and Joe. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Heaven loosed without a frown**
You against sinning brother yours
Alone tell him facts every his fault
Listen not to your plate of hors d’oeuvres
Up to three witnesses introduce as caught
Them refuse to hear
Church go and tell
Church refuse to fear
Treat him as if he was going to hell
You each I say amen
Earth bind heaven bound
Loose whatever on earth as a sin
Heaven loosed without a frown
You I say amen again
Earth agree two in prayer
Father heavenly grants you to win
By gathering three or two in Name Mine I Am there
